Missing Background Music in Exported Project File

The project I created includes background music, which is visible in the generated link. However, when I downloaded the project file, only the sound effects were included—the background music was missing.
I’ve also sent an email with my account and project details to help you investigate the issue more easily.
I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this and help resolve it as soon as possible.

Hello Simay.

We have checked your project, and the background music is there. There is no problem with your playable.

The issue is with the browser when you try to play the web-inline.html package.

Play music without any user interaction is forbidden in all browsers (but the Playable Ad needs to start immediately without user interaction).

We have tried a lot of workarounds to avoid this issue, but in some cases in some browsers the background music just wont start.

This affect only WEB builds, that is why we always recommend trying out the Playable Ads directly in the test / validation tools of Ad Networks you have built for the Playable Ad. We have tested yours on emulators like Mindworks-Upload-Playable Testing or AppLovin Playable Preview and those are our go-to platforms for testing playables.

Another option is to test them when uploading to ad networks, as usually the Ad Networks offer test tools where you can try out the Creative, or just upload them directly to the campaign, and you can try out them in their dashboard.

PS: The same web-inline.html file is used in our share preview page, as is in the downloaded package. That is why our preview link have same audio problem.

PS2: We are preparing an improved version, where we want to improve the share preview too, so we will avoid this confusion.

Thanks for the detailed explanation! Glad to hear the issue isn’t with the playable itself. The browser autoplay restriction makes sense, and we’ll make sure to test through ad network tools moving forward.
