Hi team, I need some support with a Video Playable I created.
The playable works perfectly on AppLovin and within the platform’s preview, but I’m facing an issue exclusively with the Google Ads export.
The issue: The video starts normally, but right after the user clicks the button for the first “upgrade”, the screen freezes and doesn’t progress to the next upgrade stage.
I exported the file normally using the platform’s standard export tool. Since this error only occurs on the Google Ads network and works fine elsewhere, I couldn’t figure out the root cause. Could you please help me look into this?
