Can't change my e-mail address

Hi, I purchased a subscription for my creative team to use - but my account is google login only. So I want to change that for common use. However when I try to change email address, I wont receive a confirmation email to my new email address: growth@midas.gs (it’s a new email address)

But it works when I try to switch to marketing@midas.gs - which is not an actual email, but a mail group.

How can I fix this? I’d like to receive some help on this. Thanks in advance

Hello, can you please try the following?

  1. Logout
  2. Try to login, but click forgot password
  3. enter your address that you used with google login
  4. You will receive an email with password reset instructions and fill new password
  5. After that you can either share this account by using pass or even change the email
